league is forcing goalie to use smaller pads...ive seen this happen a few times this season...these new shorter pads dont cover 5-hole as completely/easily ...they have to pin the puck by really jamming knees together...you know they are in trouble when you see them down on knees w/feet together feeling for it...your gonna see more of these squeakers.

Even if it made them challenge for last place, it gets those guys acclimated and more ready to go next season (and beyond), which should be all we are worried about. Instead we are in this conservative no man's land in between there and nowhere.
