I don't know how you (general "you") could have seriously said that about Elliott. Even as his biggest detractor, I knew there was a good chance e would come back.

Alex Lyon plays a position that is on the ice the entire game. His inclusion in any NHL lineup is worse for that team than dressing a Hagg or Braun.

Dude is not even remotely NHL quality and plays the most important position on the team.

His foot speed, or lack there of, gets abused regularly.

Yet I also get why he keeps playing and why the Flyers need him. He’s like Elliott, I’m just ready for the team to not need players like this.
