Really? I always end up very underwhelmed by Stamkos when we play him.

Same. He seems to be invisible for 95% of his shifts against us, and then score a power play goal when he gets left alone in the slot.


St. Louis, on the other hand, always brings his 'A Game' against us.

17 goals, 28 assists, 45 points -2 against Pittsburgh in 48 games.

Stamkos is below his averages against us, particularly in goals where he usually scores over half a goal per game on average.

MSL is right where he should be against us.

Stamkos has 6 career goals against the Penguins in 19 games. 4 on the powerplay.

Don't expect to see more of him than when he is injured. His only talent left seems to be sitting right before the goalie and waiting for a whistle to have the time to get up and somehow (nobody knows how) he makes it to the bench.

Seriously, I would be happy if he would be a shade of his own self, but even that is to much for him....

Should be an very interesting game and I at least expect a closer game (from TB standpoint) as we finally have a solid roster.

Anyways best of luck to you guys lookin forward to the game (and hopfully finally a win again )
