I would say that the Stars are mailing in this game and, ultimately, will probably lose it, except for the fact that they looked that way against the Ducks until they decided to actually play. So, if they show up in the 3rd period, they should pretty handily get a W.

I think Carrick is having his worst game yet. Turnovers , missed coverage. He is noticeable on offense but on D as well and not in a good way.

I do think Carrick should've taken Tkachuk for his partner. He and a forward prior to Tkachuk scoring stood right next to him and then they just went .... somewhere.

Nichushkin was our best depth option and most dangerous through the previous two periods. Not even sure he has played in the 3rd period or the 2nd half of the 2nd

The Nichushkin-Spezza-Radulov line was our best line early in this game. Monty then decides to change the lines up and has only played Nichushkin for 8 minutes tonight as a result. That's ridiculous
