Staal just hasn't been the same since his brother clocked him. He's only the old Staal in spurts.

Sad that two freak injuries to Staal and Sauer really hurt the possibility of an NHL-best group.

Doubtful he has a dominant defensive season like in 2011 or 2010.

No way I pay both Girardi and him 6 million a season. Only reason why I'd rather have Girardi is durability.

Yeah they've been playing 9 forwards.

Glass, Malone and the Duke were the odd men out.

Shifts look a lot more cohesive out there with Glass not looking lost and trailing the play by a couple of seconds.

Pace actually picked up by having 3 natural centers out there.
