I do not understand how you can watch NHL games and de-prioritize players who can skate the puck through the NZ. It changes everything.

Still a pretty flawed team but so much better than last season. Drysdale is really good - love seeing him push the defense back, it creates so much more room. He has to be on the PP1 tomorrow night.

And all those dreadful call-ups:
Brown
Bellows
Laczynski

Would rather have MacEwen on the 4th line than Deslauriers for sure though. Never understood why they let him go. OK he doesn't fight nearly as well as Deslauriers but he hockeys a lot better. Maybe when Cates is healthy he can get pushed out most nights? Maybe Atkinson gets his confidence back? Who knows.
