Not sure why Stars are so bad at scoring into the empty net.

Bishop looked good again in the third.

I don't think he has been that bad honestly. He has better puck control and is a better passer than nearly everyone else outside our top 3

Stars gotta be among the leaders in scoring from the blueline. Depth scoring coming from the blueline this year.

Heiskanen's best game in NHL so far?

I don't know what feed I was watching but I swear one commentator said during tonight's game that Heiskanen played for Sweden in the Olympics a year ago.

Well he did play in the Olympics not for Sweden though . So that means 50% of information are correct. Guess that is a passing grade these days :thumbu:

We need Eakin back. He was an elite empty net goal scorer. Helped us set the record for most empty netters in a year.

Really looking forward to Fridays match against a contender, we usually play well against the Caps.

Hoping Monty finds as much time as possible to have Miro on the Ice defending Ovechkin

Lowered expectations.

He needs to be consistently better- build from what he showed earlier this season and improve upon towards being a permanent top-six fixture for the future. That ought to be the standard set for the management's "highly touted" prospects. Nothing less.
