I think Tampa is the clear favorite. There is a bunch of teams that I wouldn't be shocked if they won..

I think it would be tough for Florida to make it there but nobody should sleep on them either.

And Dobson has been a revelation as well. Isles getting a nice jolt of youth.

They're contenders for sure. This is Tampa's Cup to lose with Vegas as the best to dethrone them. After that it's a slew of teams that I could see winning it. The next tier as of right now IMO is Carolina, Florida, St Louis, Avs, Leafs, Jets, Caps, Isles. In no order.
