The chatter i keep hearing is that Cooper didn’t have all the replays he needed to see that it was clearly onsides, apparently he came out yelling at the beginning of the third and I’m guessing he finally saw the replay during intermission and was peeved all over again.

How video review failed the Lightning in Game 4

The funny part is at the very end. After (legitimately, it seems) complaining about the lack of video resulting in them taking a penalty, he says that killing it gave them a boost for the third, when they almost completed the comeback. So it worked to their advantage?
