Good on the Koekkoek family wearing lightning gear

It actually looked like Syracuse Crunch gear. Had the bolt on the shoulders but the jerseys had a 65 on them which is his jersey # in Syracuse.

Barbs been playing very well at late, actually the whole defense has despite all injuries, really surprised how well they have kept it together.

I was thinking the same thing. Koo-Koo had a few moments where he was really, really out of position but this was his 2nd (I think?) NHL game. I expected more like 20 mistakes, not 3 or 4.

Reminds me of last year when everyone was stepping up big-time and the extra work with all our injuries.

I really enjoyed watching the Slater and Carle paired together.

He still looks a little raw but you can see that he is going to be a great top 4 NHL defensman in the next year or two.

I feel like he only needs one more huge off-season and half a season with Syracuse and he'll be ready for full-time NHL duties.

Off and on he plays the wing but Johnson , vladdy and flippula are much better at center. So from time to time we move stamkos to wing.
