I think Hagel was a good fit for our present and, especially, for our future.
It's not easy to judge him because we have to consider he's playing in the worst Tampa of the last 2-3 years.
So, give him a team that is playing a good hockey and see what happens.

My guess is that they know these games don't matter.
I know people want them to go into the playoffs "hot" but I don't think going 110% vs det with a handful of games to go is the recipe for success. I trust that they know what they're doing.
