Which honestly, I think this team needs to do at this point--just for the pick alone, as well as the ability to start selling off parts of this team with the selling point that "we are no longer elite, we're not winning with this team here"...

Have to say... I asked to bench Summers in the 1st period! Asked again after his stupid penalty. Not only has he not been benched. Not only has he not been sheltered and given incredibly limited minutes. AV put him on the PK with Boyle (who should never be on the PK) when down just 4-3.

Keep dreaming. Even in the dark years of missing the playoffs for 7 years we did just enough not to tank and get first pick. Plus other teams like the penguins are worse than us.
