I have no idea, but I wouldn't really celebrate a goal that makes it 4-3 with 3 minutes left, because in all likelihood there isn't enough time to tie up the game thereby making the goal futile.

An extreme example would be celebrating a goal with 5 seconds left that makes the game 7-1; you're not scoring 6 goals in 5 seconds.
