3 on 3 NHL Arcade free with NHL 13?

I was pretty sure I read a few places NHL 13 was supposed to come with a full copy of NHL Arcade. I don't see any text about it in my game or anywhere. Am I missing something? This is for the 360.

I bought the PS3 version and the code didn't work. I tried to contact EA Sports but nothing happened. VERY disappointed.
