The thing with the Rangers is they don't have that one guy on offense who is a game breaking superstar, but they have insane depth. Every line can score. This is a pretty bad match up for us considering our injuries on D. 5-3 Rangers.

I'd ride the O'Reilly and Eichel lines tonight if I were Bylsma. I think it's our only chance.

I think if the team is over their turkey hangover we will be just fine rolling all 4. The FLG line had its first anomaly since its inception Tuesday, I wouldn't expect that again.

^^^ agreed. Except I'd ride the top 3 lines pretty hard, while using the 4th line more sparsely. FLG line had a bad game the other night; I wouldn't expect that to be the norm.

Considering that Jack JUST came back. That is the exact opposite of what I want to happen. He got tired after 1 period last game. Riding his line is a huge risk of re-injury.

They'll boo him and it's gonna be embarrassing as hell. It's like when Briere got boo'd here. He didn't deserve it. The Drury booing was completely justified however.

Not saying I agree with booing, but I'd understand it.

Given how anemic our offense has been and how much we could use more scoring depth, I still wish he would have signed. This team could have used Vesey.

Bylsma's over-reliance on worn down vets and AHL/NHL Tweeners is a thematic weakness throughout his career.

All 4 of those guys fit your description. The only thing you did was break up the vets and break up the AHL tweeners and have 2 pairs with one vet and one tweener. I just don't get what Disco should do to make you guys happy.

On a more positive note, I'm glad Carrier is still on the top line and think the FLG line will bounce back. Now we just need Jack and Sam to do their thing and get some help from ROR, Okposo and Kane.

I'm not really sure how this helps? Do we want them dragging down Falk and Fedun?

Also, Gorges and Franson are not getting big minutes this year, especially not when healthy. Its a myth.

Splitting up our two most immobile and liability prone defensemen helps.

Is this in reference to the one game they played together?

But we complain when Bylsma splits them up when healthy.

Gorges is showing his age. Last year he wasnt good, but I still felt he was serviceable. This year he looks finished. Bylsma is catching on, Injuries have kept him up around 20 minutes. McCabe has passed him. What should the D look like when healthy? You dont want Gorges - Franson, so what does Bylsma do? Falk - Franson? Falk - Fedun?
