You are high as a kite. All are in pretty much every way statistically worse. CC,FF, etc. All of them need to be re-aligned or traded.

Bottom 6 sucks. Brassard can not win every board battle and feed them the puck.

Tonight's game should be a wakeup call to JR about how much work he has to do.

Can't blame Sid, Geno, Jake, Pearson, Horny, and Letang for not coming to play.

Can blame himself for half of this defense being a joke (not to mention for the choices made for the bottom six up front).

How much does the lack of any sort of cohesive defensive structure play into this though?

You have 5 guys defending 3 below the hashmarks and its like a bunch of headless chickens. No one picks up a man, you have 3 guys skating into the corner to get a loose puck vs one guy, and they still lose the battle.

Point men from the other team have 5-10 seconds to make a decision, and no one can block a shot for shit on this team.
