Man.... Harbaugh wants to win in the trenches. Dissly is a good blocking TE with some pass catching skills. But 2 serious leg injury tears on his rookie deal, limited his receiving ability. More of a TE2 now. Had potential to be a solid secondary TE.

Seems sensible to not give $100m guaranteed to a 36 year old coming off a torn achilles
With the QB carousel so far, leaves Min/Den as the 2 teams without a legit starter.

Fields on the table plus the secondary QBs in the draft in Nix, McCarthy, Penix Jr and them sitting at 11/12 OA picks.

I wonder if the Lions are looking at Tee Higgins but want to get Amon-Ra signed.

Most of these day one free agents end up being viewed as bad contracts later, but it is wild to see a disappointing Cowboys team only shed talent in the name of freeing up space to keep a portion of their underperforming roster intact.

This ‘legal tampering’ thing is such a farce.

Had a pretty good year and would a big time upgrade over Mattison. They can do a lot worse than a Jones-Chandler tandem. I’d guess it’d be a reasonable deal too with so many spots filled.

A couple million more than he was supposed to get, but apparently the Chiefs were trying to sign him as well.

That's super rich for a receiver who hasn't come close to 1,000 yards for a few years. Wonder if they front-loaded this contract, too.
Would guess they did. Ryan pace is with Atlanta now and he drafted Mooney. Mooney was hurt last year and he really lost any momentum in getsy’s offense and with fields shying away from targeting him for whatever reason.
