I guess it was going to be difficult to pretend to boycott the tournament the same month they broadcasted a tournament held in Qatar.
That or the NFL in general. But hey, there was an accusation that the police already investigated. What's all of the bullshit associated with Qatar (hundreds of deaths, human rights violations) and the World Cup or the rampant criminal behaviour in the NFL compared to the horrors of an accusation (and then another) that didn't lead to charges?

Just remember that TSN took a stand against things TSN doesn't even know happened by... showing the games, but doing a bad job of it. As opposed to gleefully showing games in which TSN does know that actual criminal/inhumane actions took place.

As far as the actual hockey, USports is up 2-0 after scoring two on Brennan. Apparently it's nearly a sold out game.

Why livestream the games? Then when they make their picks based on non hockey related reasons, nobody can complain

Riley Kidney has left the game, needed help going down the tunnel. Tough break…

Camp just got a little more interesting.

Brennan (Canada) and Rousseau (U Sport) were the starter.

They are switching half way, Fantili just score another one while writing

I never liked Brennen
Like him or not, he was the likely favourite coming into camp and Canada tends to run with who they always thought they were going to unless they are horrific. We don't have video of the goals, but 9/12 doesn't sound good enough.

Based on Wheeler's tweets none sound egregious though. Goal 1 sounds like a shot over the blocker in close. Goal 2 he got beat on the rush. Goal 3 was Fantilli being Fantilli.

From the tweets, Canada's goals were Bankier from Othmann, Fantilli from Dumais, Fantilli off a turnover, and Roy on the power play.

Tough for Kidney, hopefully he is able to go tomorrow.
