knock on wood but we're not far removed from a year when we had to play 15 defensemen.

I'm as pissy as anyone about Turcotte and Clarke not being in the NHL but it's a long season, their times will come.

The Kings might be feeling about as confident as they'e ever going get headed into tonight. Biggest game of this short season so far.

My only hope is that they keep going the same way and play with some balls against these guys. Keep Talbot protected, no let down periods, and keep getting big QB involved.

Vegas is always a test of bend but don't break. There will be a good amount of shifts where they impose whatever they want and we won't be able to do too much about it, they are a great team.

On the flipside, I'm sure Vegas knows they can't take any shifts off because every Kings line is a serious threat to score.
