I understand that, I’m just wondering if I can still pick him up, or if that’s not allowed, I’m thinking about keeping him as a keeper.

Sorry, I’m not the best with the CBA stuff

whoever dropped him declared him on the LTIR it means he gets him back if he wants him. As I recall

Kk ill drop later today
me and someone else tried it with eichel a few years ago.. Just double check with the guy who dropped him if he put him on the LTIR or double check this thread--as I believe the manager had to post it in the thread

Seal club dropped him December 20th--see if he declared him to LTIR-

I could be wrong--but he had to declare the player was being dropped to LTIR

I am probably going to place Dougie Hamilton on LTIR and drop him.

this to me is a declaration.

We have a trade to announce:

@BrockH Trades:

Miro Heiskanen
Roope Hintz

@Canucks LB Trades:
Mitch Marner

Minor Picks were also exchanged.

Thanks for the trade Brock, Both Heiskanen and Hintz are going to be important young pieces for me moving forward.

Hope marner continues to shine for you.

I’m still looking to make a few trades, thinking about trading superstar Panarin for the right package.

Also, vasilevsky is available
Thanks all

Another big one...
To LB:
Hintz + Heiskanen + My 5th

To BrockH:
Marner + LB's 8th

My front end depth is lacking, and I have a lot at the back. This is a forward upgrade, allows me to keep Montour, and gives me better positional balance as I now have a keeper in each forward slot. I dropped a few rounds to make that happen.

The downside is now I have Matthews and Marner...this is going to ruin my ability to heckle teammates when we watch Leafs games after hockey.

Revised Keepers:
F: Matthews (C), Marchand (LW), Marner (RW)
D: Bouchard, Montour, Carlsson, Hughes (R)
G: Bobrovsky
Rookies: Cooley (C), Hughes (D)

I need to get Mackinnon back now to continue my goal of collecting all the elite "Ma" forwards.

My front end depth is lacking, and I have a lot at the back. From my perspective, this allows me to keep Montour, so my keepers went from Hintz + Heiskanen to Marner + Montour. I dropped 3 rounds in the draft to make that happen.

Cam Talbot best rental goalie on the market - still available!
7th ranked goalie this year (19W, 2.47GAA, .916SV%)
6th ranked goalie the last 30 days (5W, 2.04GAA, .934SV%)

Bobrovsky (#2 goalie in the league) could also be had for a huge overpayment. He could seal the deal for a championship run.

I got curious how my goalies were so good and yet I'm so far out, updated the roto standings...they're frustrating...sorry Ahmon, if life were fair we'd be duking it out for the last playoff spot.

Hey everybody, I’m getting a ton of interest for Panarin, so I would like to clarify what I’m looking for.

I’m not looking for any draft picks. Honestly, I’m looking for a young player who has significant potential, losing a bit of value now, but making it back in the future.

Obviously because he’s such a superstar player, he’s not going to be traded for anybody.

As for Vaselevski, I’m also looking for a young player in return, similar concepts of what I’ve done already, and what I’m looking for.

The best place to reach me is on discord or on HF boards, you can also message me on yahoo

I was originally looking to pick up a goalie but now feeling fairly content in that regard after the Samsonov pick up. Have DeSmith available if anyone gunning for a playoff spot really needs goalie help over the next two weeks. Would be looking to trade him for a solid defensive d-man or package him with another player for an upgrade. Always open to offers if you send them my way, but good chance I'll be standing fairly pat this deadline.

Early look at my keepers: Kaprizov, Miller, Zibanejad, Eriksson Ek, Svechnikov, Fox, Shesterkin, Swayman, Harley

Obviously that's 8 and 1, as I expect to win a championship , but I would be willing to package someone like Mika/Svech in a big deal to upgrade down the stretch if the right offer came along.

What's the GP limit for rookies again? Both Power and McTavish are awfully close I feel
They were both injured at some point this season and will be under 164 games played by the end of the regular season :)

GP limit is set at 2 full regular season (82 * 2 = 164)

I have a few offers/counters out there. I'm off to hockey now. I will try to check for counters, though there's a chance I forget. Also the same guys are in multiple trades, so obviously first to accept gets them.

Vanilla Trades:
Jake Sanderson (Rookie)
Cozens (Not sure yet)

For

Sam Bennett (Rental)
Marchessault (Rental)
Vasilevskiy

Summary: 21-year-old, potential elite Defender that’s also a rookie, is something I was drastically looking for alongside Hughes and Heiskanen.

Sam and march we’re not keepers, so this is to help vanilla in the playoffs.

Vasilevskiy has been great over his time with me, but it’s time to move on, he had a very terrible year, and i am questioning to think it’s gonna get much better moving forward, so I decided to jump on this opportunity.

Those that made a trade last night, remember to reset your lineups after the trades were pushed through

Nice! My initial thought was they were 150-155 but I figured you knew for sure they were rookies so had a feeling it might be closer to 165.

Sorry for not responding to a couple offers yesterday boys. I wasn't crazy about either for starters, but I meant to at least look into counters before getting distracted and completely forgetting.

Good luck to all down the stretch

thought there would be more trades
I know, I certainly tried, I hit up pretty much, everybody, and made a few deals.

Looks like the off-season is going to be more busy.

I’m still looking to get younger, and grow with this team.

Panarin is my major trade chip, one of the best players in the league, I’m not gonna make the same mistake as I made with pasta.

completely miscalculated his trajectory this year without Bergeron and krejci

Which is why I did not pull the trigger yet
