Rags, on paper will get the weakest team in the East (Red Wings, Philly, Isles . . .maybe Devils) and Canes I'm guessing get the Caps.

There were also a lot of " experts " on the main page of HFBoards that were sure that Boston would be in a dogfight with Ottawa, Buffalo and Detroit to grab one of the WC spots.
