9 —> 6 —> 3.
Following this pattern means that the next number in the pattern would be 0.
In the lottery a team can only move 10 slots
They currently sit at 10th

Pretty hopeful for our second pick. Boston lost their season series 16-1 against Carolina, one of Edmonton and LA is guaranteed to play in the next round, and I think Pittsburgh will beat the rangers.

My only concern is that Freddie is out of commission, but I think CAR should overcome that.
