Xhekaj

Add, Engstrom, Fairbrother, or Biondi

Crazy that Ylonen and Norlinder may be out of the top 15 - and they're still good prospects.

I thunk Ylonen will be a bottom six NHLer and Norlinder has a really good chance.

Voted Dobes.

I'm actually more curious to see how far Norlinder will fall after being voted our #2 prospect last year.

Theres so many things that have to go right with a prospect, and the one aspect that doesn't get enough attention is player health/injuries.

Many prospects lose their luster to injuries or missed time, and it's a massive kick in the crotch when key development time is lost at that stage of career.

Norlinder has been a victim of this, mailloux is a victim right now, and there will be other victims of this moving forward until hockey ceases to exist.

It's such a delicate process trying to get all the stars to align to turn a magic bean into an NHL player.

I see there are some people that still believe in Ylonen?
Huh? Ylonen is a nice prospect, he’s gotten better every year and will likely be on the team in October. And in his limited time last season he didn’t look out of place, his sample size was small but his underlying numbers were great, under Ducharme too. He will be an effective depth winger. Should be ranked a little higher imo.

He might not make the top 20. Crazy!

Partly because we have added a lot of prospects recently. Partly because he was injured a lot last year and didn't produce a lot. But I still like him as a prospect. Really hope he can stay healthy all year next year and play in Laval.

The potential is there, but he's 22 now, so he's really gotta show something in the AHL this upcoming season.
