I know this is your gimmick but Michigan did not have two home games. Wisconsin did and they are on the verge of being upset. And, if you ask anyone who has watched the Big Ten this year, Wisconsin has had just about everything go their way this season.

Michigan was making the play-in, at the very least, due to all the analytics heavily favoring them. Their loss in the B10 tournament might have hurt them more if Indiana didn't upset the top seed in Illinois the next day.

All the butt-hurt, here and elsewhere, is due to the scuffle against Wisconsin. That's it.

In any event, Michigan likely won't make it to the Elite Eight now that it's Villanova. As opposed to Ohio State.
