Then and there
Maguire marshalling/organizing the defence again...well there is still time for him to be injured to improve England's chances.

United equalize immediately, though.

The match picked up the pace and is more lively now.

That wasn't really about Maguire's marshalling or organizing but about his (lack of) pace.

It was turned over on a handball so most of the midfield was standing still, that gave Villa a few yards and Watkins did great to be ready to run forward.

Maguire was just way too slow to ever dream of catching him and Shaw was too far upfield due to thinking it was going to be a United attack to be able to get back in time.

Plus Lindelöf made sure there was no offside as he was the lowest.

It might be against manager's orders, but a slow CB higher up on the pitch should always be prepared in advance for a turnover, so he has a headstart and enough time taking into account his pace.

First half was just United going offside every 2 minutes. Second half has been great, although that's partly because VIlla has been giving the ball away incredibly cheaply.

Mings really making the case that leaving him off the England squad was a brilliant decision with this second half performance.

Granted it's not like Maguire is making some statement about how deserving he was given he got roasted for speed and then was probably a bit lucky to not pick up a second yellow.

He had has some disciplinary issues to start the year. Nothing too bad, but some tardiness and professionalism issues so he was left out of the main squad for the start of the season.
Watching the likes of Rashford play ahead of you would do that lol :P

He really looks like hes ready.

I think they don't know where it is on the virtual keyboard.

Same principle then though, no one's going to be angry if you're unable to type it, but you can't just replace it with a completely different one as if, like, they're all just the same?! :dunno:
