Not saying there shouldn't have been a penalty. Just saying that Stephenson is in no way comparable to JT or MS. His absence shouldn't cripple you.

He is to Vegas though. The drop from Stephenson to Roy/Kolesar/Tuch is massive. You see it all the time when something like this happens and people get slotted above their heads.
