The NBA buyout market is one of the worst things in all of sports. Why trade to make your team better when you can pick up a good player for peanuts that just forced his way off a bad team and got millions to do so.

It helps the rich get richer and bad teams take on contracts for assets. I don’t care for it, though.

IT went from "back up the brinks truck" to subtweeting teams begging for 10 day contacts

There was a follow up tweet from a Clippers beat reporter speculating they would be interested. God damn please do it. Him and Cousins would be great additions to this team.

Bev/Rondo/Reggie
PG/Kennard/McLemore
Kawhi/Mann/Coffey
Batum/Morris/Patterson
Serge/Zubac/Cousins

Mann has looked like a spark plug off the bench and between Reggie, Kennard, and Mann we have more than replaced Lou from last season. McLemore is basically just insurance in case either of Mann/Kennard hit a cold patch. Cousins is insurance if Serge gets injured or Zubac starts to hit a slump. Coffey and Patterson aren’t really needed but Patterson especially offers good floor spacing. While this lineup isn’t as top heavy as say Brooklyn or the Lakers, the depth here is insane as well as the defensive versatility which helps against a Jokic/Doncic/Davis/Lebron/Mitchell which has been their weakness.

unimpressed

he's been crap from 3 this season, which means his percentage will go down 10 more pts once he becomes a laker, just like every other "shooter" who joins the team. lebron really likes him though so this was most likely his call
