SDA was added with 4 votes. Vote for who to add next.

1. Each poll will be open for 24 hours.

2. As we never have a consensus way as to which players are still considered prospects, we'll be using my way (at least for the first few polls). The player must be U24 and have less than 50 GP in the NHL. The "prospects" that are left off because of these rules are Joey Anderson, Brennan Menell, Adam Brooks, Joseph Duszak, Vladimir Bobylev, and Nickolai Chebykin.

3. At this time we'll stick to the top-20, but if we want to go to 25 or 30 (I believe the Leafs have just over 30 guys that are eligible) I'll definitely go further.

Rankings:
1. Rasmus Sandin - 53.2%
2. Nick Robertson - 50.9%

Amirov. No idea why so many are high on Liljegren, going into his D+5 season now and been almost exclusively an AHL player. That's not good no matter the optics, and it's not like defense has been a bunch of world beaters either.
He’s been held back and given little opportunity. I like him but he’s not getting a chance so why vote for him. He makes to much if he reaches his bonus structure to fit the cap if you can fathom that.

So you haven't watched him at all.

Why didn't you say that so we could ignore your post from the get go?

Been voting for Liljegren. Holmberg should be up there.

Liljigren is the obvious choice here as he is the closest to ready, and I think this will be his breakthrough year to Mae the league and be a solid contributor.

That being said I think Nies’ potential impact to this lineup is huge, so while I put Liljigren and Amirov as closer and believe they both will be NHLers for us, Nies is the highest on my “ buy the sweater and wear it proudly” list

Or by one's comments make it obvious that one doesn't watch?
I feel that applies to most things I read here.
Many pretend they’re experts when they really just parrot things they’ve read.
There are a few of us that are honest though.

People try to sound like experts on players they haven't seen, and then go after the people who have seen them and have a different opinion then them. It's sad but not a surprise for certain folks.
