I give him an A despite whiffing on some forwards, he may be told to scout certain type of players more and more preference on certain areas to scout and if it were him as GM I think we will see some changes.
For every forward he missed on he did find Wild Bill, Kase and Terry. His late firsts also include Palmieri and Rakell.
Goalie scouting is really good too: Gibson, Andersen, Dostal and possibly Cage.

That said Ritchie over Larkin stings, Tracey over Hoglander and Pinto already stings.
Larsson over Aho stings a whole lot.
