Not sure why, when I view it in the profile screen where you make the change to the avatar, it animates normally, as does yours. When I save it it gets clipped. I'll keep playing.

Ok it's working now. I had to optimize one more time. Try saving and uploading the new one. Takes a while before returning an error, but still seems to work. Just wonky HF stuff.

Try the new version I just posted. Smaller file. The end was getting chopped. Let the upload timer run out on the avatar change then reload the page.
