The four leading scorers for Belleville are Jake Luccini with 51 pts.
Egor Sokolov with 48 pts.
Andrew Agozzino with 41 pts
And Zach Senyshyn with 34 pts.

Other than Sokolov not a whole lot to be hopeful to graduate with the exception of Thomson, JBD, Gus & maybe Sogaard soon. Hopefully, there is an influx of new talent added to this roster for next season.

Adding 2 right shot D and having 2 young goalies looking like NHL goaltenders is pretty great IMO, especially with the recent F brought up the last couple of years.

That said, add in Jarvi who played as a teenager and Lodin plus Crookshank then potentially Greig next season as a fresh face and it is replenished pretty well.

I always want more too though! I am really hoping Lodin keeps it up during the playoffs and then we might immediately have added a new dimension to our prospect pool

Belleville is .003 % points out of 3rd behind Laval and .026 % points ahead of Toronto.

Both Toronto and Laval have 3 games remaining including tonight.
Belleville plays Toronto on the weekend.

Cheering for a Toronto win tonight over Laval .. no 3 pt games.

4 & 5 place teams in the North will play a best of 3 to get down to 4 teams.

Mann talks playoffs & Groovin' with Gus the Bus ; Positive comments on JBD again

Lodin with a great play to strip the puck and set up Shaw. He looks like a good one

He had a really crafty strip last night again the Flyers too. Offensive zone and just reached through the player and pulled it off his stick.

Led to a nice chance for us. Cautiously optimistic on him...short sample but like what he brings.

Ostapchuk has to be increasing his value big time this playoffs. Can’t be a scout and not like what you see - he’ll be coveted come trade time

Anyone know anything about the contract with Belleville. I was thinking the team could play at the new Civic Centre once it’s built. Give an extra 40 dates, 5000 seat arena, it just fits.

The lease with the arena is for 8 years, according to Wikipedia

He will be coveted, but he's a player we should look to keep & improve our own bottom six & he could move up when there are injuries. Ottawa has other guys they need to move that are not part of the future team IMO.

Some of Dorion’s comments on Belleville today:

- Lassi was better in the first half of season than second half
- JBD was the best dman in the last month and playoff games
- Sees Lassi and JBD as top 4 dmen in the future, Guenette took big strides and is likely an NHL defenseman
- Kastelic will get an opportunity at training camp
- Says Sokolov is knocking on the door but they’d like to see more consistency
- Thinks Lodin might be ready after Christmas to join Ottawa
- Greig will push for a spot at camp, says some felt he was the best player in the WHL last year

Glad Dorion opinion of Greig very high. This guy gonna turn a lot of heads very soon. One of the best and most underrated prospects in hockey. IQ is off the charts.

All great evaluations, imo. Very high praise on Lodin, though, did not see that one.

This is why we need to continue to over stock our org via the draft … we should be trading Brown for multiple pieces and even zub.

We don’t have access to any other pipeline of talent other than the draft and the minute the pipeline stops flowing we’re looking at a down turn.

Crookshank is likely right up there had he been healthy, and Lodin joined the team late otherwise I suspect he's right up at the top too. Greig will be there next year as well.

We've had our recent guys go straight to the NHL or develop in college, Pinto, Tkachuck, Stützle, and Sanderson are all high picks with no time in the AHL. Just a different path.
