I know I was surprised. I saw Prophets of Rage at rockfest a couple years ago and they were great but still not the same.

Theres a fake lineup out there with Alanis Morrisette, Bon Jovi, and Halsey among the headliners.. posters done well but has inaccurate presale date, be interesting to see if any of it comes true

Still have yet to see a show better than Bela Fleck and the Flecktones at Bfest. Hope RatM kills it!

I’m a huge Foo fan, but they haven’t had any projects since they played Bluesfest a couple of years ago. I don’t think the show would be much different, and I’m sure they carry a hefty price tag, so I’d rather the money go elsewhere.

Blink 182 and Simple Plan play London Ont. July 16. They could play Bluesfest.

Not much to get excited about in that lineup. Would see the New Pornographers, Vance Joy, the National and Patrick Watson if they were the same night but I've seen them all a few times so its not a must see for me. Osheaga will be where its at at again this year. Beyond excited to see Kendrick, Bon Iver, Partynextdoor and Vampire Weekend.

Would probably go to Deltron 3030 but I dunno how that would hold up in a live setting.

Only 3 good acts in RatM, DJ Shadow and Cinematic Orchestra. Of course all three are on different days....

As always with bluesfest, I find the names at the top are sort of weak, but there are some cool middle acts that I'll be checking out.

They seem to have done a good job grouping similar acts / genres this year. Tom Delonge isn't with Blink 182 right now is he? Would be huge if he was.

They sound better with Matt Skiba, tbh. At least live.

+1 to blink sounding really good. There was a transition period with Skiba but they're on point. Their new album Nine is one of my favourite albums, period, in recent memory.
