So Hughes NARROWLY beats out Macavoy to round out the top 10 of our NHL dmen rankings. Incredible rookie season he had and a lotta room to grow. Lets see if he keeps er up and maintains a top 10 position in our NEXT rankings NEXT offseason. Anyways time for 11, Macavoy a heavy favourite tho the last couple a rounds are pretty split all the votes

This list reeks of recency bias. Heiskanen, Makar, Hughes are being extremely overrated. They're potential top-D in the league but their placement in the top-10 is ridiculous. Let's see if they can keep up for a few years before giving out such accolades. Guys like Doughty, Karlsson, Burns, Weber are much better.
