EDIT: A quick research. Not sure if he was the oldest but Jimmy Rollins did win in 2007 at 32.

Walter Johnson was 36 in 1924. Bob Gibson was 32 in 1968. Rollie Fingers was 34 in 1981. Dennis Eckersley was 37 in 1992.
