It is tempting to look at all the late game incompetence of Vic Fangio and think the Broncos would be a playoff team. But even if that is fallacious reasoning, he certainly would hold a good team back.

He also looks a lot happier. Meanwhile Sam Darnold may or may not be damaged goods.

I wouldn't touch Meyer with a ten foot pole. He's the exact type to think he runs the show because of his ego. Not to mention he's a reprehensible person too.

Deadass if i were the Jaguars, Marvin Lewis would be my guy. For as much flack (deserved) as he gets, if there's anything he knows how to do, it's bring a established joke franchise back to respectability.

Bring him in to get them on their feet, and then part ways once the team is ready to contend unless he shows he can win in the playoffs now.

Jacksonville and San Diego, IMHO, are the choice openings this offseason. Both franchises would be smart to be VERY choosy about the directions they go.
