Soilers are such a pathetic franchise, hope they pick up Benning once we finally rid ourselves of him.

Imagine watching Ehlers right now as a canuck owner or GM.

And not saying Ron Delorme wanted Jake Virtanen in the CHL.
We need to fire this dude.

Ownership probably has no idea who the f*** Ehlers is

I only feel bad for McDavid. f*** Coiler fans

Kassian lifting the cup would be an iconic photo tho

Good for the Jets. The roof would have blown off that place had there been fans in attendance.
I don’t think the Jets even have that shitty start with fans to begin with. But yeah, it would be absolute mayhem in there for this game.

They're waiting for another generational talent. To help their other generational talent to win a round.

Bedard?

Just an awfully constructed team. You have 2 elite forward, 1 legitimate top pairing dman and the rest of the lineup is full of soft (RNH, Pulljujarvi, Yamamoto) talent or junk forwards and defensemen.

The loss to the Blackhawks should have been a wakeup call to add depth or gun for a defensemen. Oddly enough, guys like Schmidt and Stecher could have solidified a good top 4 unit.

This Jets-Oilers just proves how useless regular season games are as a barometer of what will happen in the playoffs.

At times during this interminable 56 game schedule, the Jets looked like they didn't belong on the same ice as the Oilers. But in the playoffs, when the ice closes down and every player has to battle for space, it's often 'will over skill'.

Really makes you realize how far the Canucks are away from this level of playoff hockey. At the rate they surrender puck possession, they'd be blown out in a series like this.

I mean, the Canucks pretty much already experienced this against Vegas.
