They can actually acquire even more draft picks if they take on salary. They don’t have to give them up.

Hischier is better because he plays on a bad team, has no help and has been in the league longer.

Makar will find it hard to score 12 goals again, he leeches points of his teammates and he plays on a team that is too good.
