Better shooter, better defensively, better skater, and I bet he will be better at faceoffs

I am sure there are things that Tierney is better at too but I find his game hard to evaluate. He is not a great skater, shooter or defensive player though, thats for sure
I find Tierney has some good offensive instincts and creativity. Everything else about his game is below average.
Norris looks like he has above average tools (good skater, good hands), but I didn't see a lot of offensive creativity. I still haven't seen enough of Norris to have a fair evaluation though.

I wasn't very clear in my comparison. I was comparing play styles, not skills. I think Norris is higher end, but they play similar. Both quietly solid players who go under the radar at times, but are still doing the little things to help a team win even when they are not scoring i.e. Mike Fisher.
