That’s interesting to know. I think I’d heard rumblings that there was also some qualms about the area of the Garden not being conducive to large NHL/NBA events because of the lack of convention area/hotels nearby. Maybe the Hub on Causeway is changing that...

I could be conflating the All Star Game with the Draft....Convention areas and hotels must be critical for the draft, given the number of families converging.
