Because they don't want to overuse and overexpose Wilson because the only way for them to sustain offense is with his legs on the regular.
They'd probably have another score of some sort of they replaced every non-goalline Lynch carry and just went with Wilson freelancing, but that does put a ton of pressure on one guy to do it all.
