Greinke with a less than epic Astro debut (5 runs, 7 hits) but it looks like HOU will still win

I really can’t recall seeing a pitcher get shelled more than David Hess...he’s now given up 27 home runs in 73 innings, wtf.

He should be someone’s pitcher for the next HR derby

I had to look to make sure since I didn't know the numbers 100%, but Chris Young allowed 28 in 88 2/3 innings back in 2016. Obviously, Hess is on pace to allow a lot more than Young, but I don't remember anything like this.

Even crazier, Yankees have hit 12 of those 27 in just 19 innings. So “only” 15 homers in 54 innings vs everyone else.

Dylan “Al” Bundy isn’t far behind (24 HR’s allowed, albeit in over 100 innings)

Grienke TBH has been a fairly ordinary pitcher since August of 2015. Many people are thrown off by the ridiculous first 4-5 months he had that year. Since then he’s been good but nothing spectacular

Bichette hit another double.

- 11 XBH in his first 10 games
- 10-game hit streak
- 8-game double streak (Jays record, and longest streak in MLB this season)
