He's got Kopitars puck protection, but also he has better agility too so he gets a bit of an edge imo.

The Kings are 2nd in the league in shots on goal. They are the only team in the top 7 averaging less than 3 goals per game. Only team averaging less than 3.22 gpg. Only 1 team in the top 15 averages fewer goals per game than the Kings. Only 4 of the top 15 average less than 3 per game, and Vegas is at 2.90.
Not that the Kings have ever been efficient. Even when they were good, it was a volume team, and that's how they sort of cheated to get around their lack of overall skill.
If goalies save 91% or so of shots, you should get around 3 goals with 30 shots, but it takes the Kings 40 shots to get 3 goals, and 40 shots isn't easy to get, even if you throw everything at the net.
At least it was a better period.

like prokhorkin, i'd like to see him with better linemates
i think his tenacity would be valuable alongside carter/toffoli who are prone to floating and prokhorkin on kopitar's wing might be a thing of beauty but tmac seems to prefer him at center
i really don't think iafallo belongs in the top 6 at all

I know Prokhorkin has had a nice stretch here this week and I’m happy that he’s doing well, but let’s pump the breaks on the Kopitar comparisons.

i mean i get the point but i fully disagree with calling volume shooting cheating. there's a million ways to score a goal and all of them are equally valid
like the personnel is the given for the most part, it's on the coaching to figure out how to utilize it as best as possible
