I think the Dodgers in this one. Price will choke up a game and then Kershaw wins 1 or 2. I think L.A. get redemption.

I have watched it this year. imho he focused on the three NY teams.

His 7th Inning was when New York City baseball was king after WWII and yet 2 of those teams fled to California in 1958.

Baseball in the 1950's was a gate driven business and what happened when the Braves left Boston for Milwaukee sent shockwaves.

Meanwhile, the Red Sox showed no gain in attendance during this period

Many historians believe the Braves attendance collapsed when the NL integrated much faster than the AL did and that is why Yawkey then held out as long as he did. :dunno:

The Giants and Yankees were one subway station apart

I would rather the Red Sox start David Price in Game 3 in the warmer California weather. He doesn’t do well in weather colder than 60, it seems. I think the Dodgers are going to be tougher than a lot of people think and the Red Sox will need to smash them in the mouth early. I just want to have as many variables in the Red Sox favor as possible. The series could and likely will come down to who manages their pitching better.

Kershaw and Price both pitched well last time and this is a chance for further redemption.

imho the NL is bringing the most optimistic, positive fans to the most negative, pessimistic fans. Reading Fenway's forum when down should be fun. ;)

Madison Square Garden?

Yep, I think that might be the last one. Forgot about MSG. Looking at the other ones, Gila River in Arizona might be another one, since it's named after a tribe and not a company.

So, basically, if the Rangers and Coyotes ever meet in the Cup finals, there's our one and only sponsor-free matchup.

The Red Sox are the better team but I dunno, I just feel the Dodgers will win this.

I don't like baseball teams being off for a long time when they are red hot, which is the case for the Red Sox. I also think LA with all their bats has no issue adjusting to AL play, while the Red Sox have a major decision to make for the games in LA (does Betts play 2B?).

Dodgers in 7.
