You were clearly only looking at the home game %, move your eyes to the right to look at the overall % in which case Buffalo sits at #5 100.3%

Vancouver sits at #20 with 95.1%

Clearly the overall column is there for a reason, because it matters in calculating the overall attendance figures for each team. Besides the season isn't over yet so the numbers you provided aren't yet completed. Buffalo finished 21st in home attendance % last season for example and Vancouver finished 18th.

Well, it's Kořenář, and it's pronounced like it looks the ř is like a combination of a rolled r and a ž (zh) sound at the same time, the á just means it's longer, otherwise typical European vowel sounds

problem is: the way it is written in Englisch there is a háček missing... which makes the r into a r-sh-sound...
