How many pts do you think Stamkos and Kucherov will score respectively? Has stamkos looked like he's regressing since the 0pts in 3g?

Stamkos looks like he will finish with less than 60. But, he probably has a hot streak and rides kucherov to 80 points again.

Kucherov's just off, I think. This happens to him sometimes. He'll dial in his timing sooner or later. Stamkos, to me, looks like a genuine regression in his main skills (skating, shooting). He and Point may click at some... ... point.... but Stammer doesn't exactly have a reputation for developing great chemistry with player after player, so we'll wait and see.

I think he's mainly a PP specialist right now, and will be, so long as he's not playing with a red hot Kucherov at ES at some point this year.

Guess Cally is coming back sooner than expected.

Will be interesting to see how the team responds. I think they play with more energy when he's in the line up. Not because of what he does on the ice, but because of his presence in the locker room. I think he's a good leader.

It's more like: He'll re-injure the shoulder in two weeks, but play through it for the rest of the season, at about 75%, "because he's a warrior," while somebody more able to contribute puts up 60 points in Syracuse.

Hey, those shots aren't gonna block themselves. Every game is game 7

Palat-johnson-kucherov
Miller-Stamkos-callahan
Gourde-Point-Joseph
Killorn-paquette-Erne

These are lines i want to see. Cirelli havent impressed much this year so he doesent need own line maybe he can replace paq or erne if needed.

I've seen a hell of a lot more from Cirelli than I have from Erne. Moreover, Cirelli has been first over the boards on our (so far) perfect PK.

He's been fine.

Last game was decent for Erne but other than that... he hasn't really done anything good or bad. He just is there.

You have to wonder if Joseph and Johnson can recreate their PK magic at ES.

Whether its being healthy or just knowing if he does not perform that he was close to being out of the line-up but Paquette has played extremely well so far. Those short hand situations where he has one goal and could have had a second showcased a speed that I did not know he had. Where did it come from??? Paquette-Callahan-Miller could be one of the best 4th lines in hockey. You have 2 current/former 20 goal scorers! Not many teams that can manage that!

Paquette's always had reasonable top speed. Then pucks start hitting him in soft spots and he slows down as the season progresses.

Killorn, Cerely, Callahan, TJ, Point, Palat, Paquette, Joseph, so many options on the PK now... I'd maybe cut Point and Johnson out of that group and conserve them more for ES, the last thing we need is one of those guys catching a bad shot.

I saw Johnny dive down to block a couple shots the last 2 games and really, the guy doesn't need an injury right now to blow his confidence.

TJ and MJ just fit so well on a unit together though. They're both really fast but still good at staying in lanes.

While I think our PK was a *little* worse than it was in previous games last night, I have to say we are so much better at (smartly) pressuring the guy with the puck. It's such a refreshing change from our passive-ass box.
