Did you even see what Trotz did with what he had in NYI?

And even if you didn't want to give it to Trotz, Berube took a last place team to Cup winners. The fact Cooper was second is a sham.

I'm not saying Trotz is bad.
The 3 coaches are very very good.
But if Trotz has made an excellent job (and he did) also Cooper job was great.
So, considering his RS is in the history now...Cooper deserves the trophy too.

The aura of choking lives on from season to season. Win it all, and next season, the voters will hand it to you. Look at what Trotz did. Hell Berube has a shot next year with what he did if he just comes close to repeating. Once you get the reputation of not being able to carry your team over the top, it haunts you everywhere. Next season is all on Coop, barring injuries.
