His skating is already pretty good for his size... fast in stride, just needs to get a bit stronger and his first step will come on...

really what he has to improve is his play with the puck. He is "ok" in terms of outlets but his hands have to get better if he is to have an NHL impact.

I mean, if he makes the NHL I doubt he puts up more than ~20 points in a good year, and his defensive game is good for his age for sure, but everyone in todays NHL has to have decent puck-handling up and down the ice.

That and just grow into his frame more and get even stronger.
