I believe the Hawks will be a few million over the cap, even with the TVR/Kruger deal.

Nope. They will be at 70 054 295M with the current signed players, add bonus carryovers and they sit at 73 612 295M, 1 387 705M under the new 75M cap.

That's 12 forwards, 6 d-men and 2 goalies, but of course they still have Jurco and Rasmussen unsigned so if they sign those guys there goes the rest of the cap space, if it's even enough.

What are the teams that benefit the most?

I know the habs have 19 million in capspace right now, and the only big names left to sign are Markov, Galchenyuk, and Radulov. Gives us more than enough to sign them all

Coyotes will likely need to take on some dead cap space to make the floor. Especially after moving the Smith contract.
