He kinda reminds me of Tomas Sandstrom.

IMO he will a complimentary player.

Not bad by any means, just the guy that puts up 40 points and plays a good down low game.

When did you see him and what made you think that? He was terrible in the games I saw him.

I mean, Hicketts was so bad that I figured something must have been wrong because I could not reconcile his play with a guy earning accolades from the CHL.

I didnt watch 100% of the time. I missed the final game where he obviously got hammered (stats-wise at least) but I was very impressed with his offensive timing, he knew when to pinch and when to pull back. On the Power Play, he was a great point-man. Him and Russo really seemed to work well as a pair and I never felt he made a bad pass. Like at all.

Defensive side - he wasn't ever overpowered. I only saw one time when he was defending that I thought he caused a goal by being too low. He threw out hits against guys who had at least 30lbs on him.
