I get your point but maybe the opposite happens and we have a gem out of the 3rd . I really think it depends on who else is available.

It's about his attitude/work ehtic and not his ability. Now, I don't know what his attitude/work ethic is like, but it doesn't sound good. Just not the type of player we need, IMO.

If it does go down to 69 million or stays flat, how does that affect your guy's offseason?

Is hartnell a trade candidate to potentially sign jones?

Am I missing others?

Hartnell is a trade candidate even if the cap goes up. Same with Jack Johnson.
